Meeting of the Minister of Justice with the Central Directors

Sheikh Hadith Maulvi Sahib Abdul Hakim Sharia, Acting Minister of Justice of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, met with a number of central directors of the Ministry of Justice on Tuesday, 2022 , March 2, and held talks with them.

During the meeting, they discussed and exchanged views on the salaries of the newly appointed Mujahedeen in the ministry, as well as financial issues and other working issues.

At the meeting, the Acting Minister of Justice directed the directors of the ministry to pay the salaries of the newly appointed staff from the date of approval. It was also decided at the meeting that a delegation would visit Khost, Paktia, Paktika, Logar, Maidan Wardak and Ghazni provinces to inspect the Justice Directorates of these provinces. Necessary decisions have to be made.
The delegation will be led by the Director of Finance and Administration of the Ministry, Mufti Sahib Fazal Hadi, and will include one member from each of the Directorates of Emirate, Justice, Law, Coordination, Legal Aid and Family Audit.
