Review of Five International Documents in Cabinet Legislation Committee Meeting
The Cabinet Legislation Committee reviewed five documents of international agreements and treaties at an exclusive meeting.
This meeting was held on Tuesday, 22 September, chaired by Mohammad Sarwar Danish, the second vice president, and attended by the nominee and acting minister of justice and other members of the committee.
Agreement between the Government of Afghanistan and the Republic of Belarus on Technical and Military Cooperation, Framework Agreement on Establishment of the International Solar Energy Union (ASA), Agreement on the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) about phonograms (approved in 1996 in Geneva), the copyright treaty of the World Intellectual Property Organization (approved in 1996 Geneva) and, the Asia-Pacific Regional Convention on the recognition of Higher Education Documents, had been the agreements and treaties discussed at the meeting.
These five international documents were also certified by the National Assembly, and is supposed to be presented for approval to Office of President.
