Visit to Paktika justice Directorate
During a visit to the provincial justice directorates, an eight-member delegation consisting of directors and representatives of various agencies led by Mufti Fazal Hadi (Sahibzada), director of finance and administration of the Ministry of Justice, visited Paktika province.
The delegation, from the beginning, visited and supervised the various departments of the Directorate of Justice and how the professional and administrative staff of the directorate was monitored and examined its performance. The delegation also listened to the existing commodities and information about the problems of the employees of the department and gave them necessary instructions for the solution.
The delegation also held a joint meeting in the presence of the Chief judge of the paktika court of appeal, the Chief judge of the City Court and the Director of Urban Development and Lands and shared with them the problems of the Directorate of Justice in the Emirate's cases and Legal Department.
The meeting emphasized the need for greater coordination between the Directorate of Justice and the relevant agencies and decided to set up a commission consisting of representatives from the courts, the Attorney General's Office, the Urban and Land Directorate, the Justice Directorate, the municipality and the governor's office. Hold meetings if problems arise and resolve problems jointly.
The delegation also met with Paktika Governor Maulvi Abdullah Hussaini and shared with him the problems of the Justice Directorate. They asked the governor of Paktika to deploy ten security forces to ensure the security of the province's justice directorate. The governor of Paktika promised that the problems of the justice directorate would be addressed. He also asked the delegation to submit a proposal for the appointment of security guards for the Justice Directorate and submit it to the provincial government for approval.
