The Second Meeting of the Land Dispute Resolution Commission was held

The second meeting of the Land Dispute Resolution Commission was held on Tuesday, March 19, 2022 under the chairmanship of the Acting Minister of Justice of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Sheikh Hadith Maulvi Sahib Abdul Hakim Sharia.

The other members of the commission were Maulvi Hamdullah Nomani, Acting Minister of Urban Development and Land, Maulvi Shams Uddin Pahlawan, Acting Attorney General, Maulvi Abdul Rahman Rashid, Acting Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, and Mullah Abdul Rahman, Acting Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. Abdul Wali Attorney and Sheikh Noorulhaq Anwar, Deputy Coordinator of the Islamic Emirate's Affairs, were present.

During the meeting, the members of the commission discussed and shared their views on the draft law prepared by the Ministry of Justice to prevent encroachment on state lands by the legislature and shared their corrective views in order to enrich the draft, Raised.

At this meeting, it was decided to amend the draft in view of the proposed amendments and submit it to the next meeting of the Commission.

The Land Dispute Resolution Commission under the guidance of His Highness Amir-ul-Momineen in an extraordinary cabinet meeting held in Kandahar province, chaired by the Acting Minister of Justice Sheikh Hadith Maulavi Sahib Abdul Hakim Sharia and members of relevant agencies is designed to prevent encroachment on state lands and to take action to resolve land disputes.
