The Meeting of Central Directors of Ministry of Justice was convened
The meeting of central directors of ministry of justice of Islamic Emirate was convened on Tuesday, 5th of July under the chairmanship of the acting minister of this ministry Sheikh -al -Hadeeth Mawlawi Sahib Abdul Hakeem Sharei.
In this meeting initially the allowances of the central directors of ministry of justice was discussed and views were exchanged on it. Acting minister of justice said this issue was already discussed in previous meeting on Monday and it was said there that the directors do not have allowances but the supportive salary is considered to them.
It was decided that 30 thousand supportive salaries be considered to the central directors of ministry of justice.
The earthquake of southern provinces was also negotiated and minister of justice guided the cohesion director to meet the charity foundations officials and ask them to help people of the country in meeting their basic needs like building construction and well digging.
Also the issue of needed oil of the ministry of justice was discussed. The minister of justice guided the relevant officials to complete the oil contract as soon as possible. He also recommended the directors of this ministry to take care of their duties and accomplish them on time.
Shaikh Saheb also stressed that in order to prevent from disorder and anarchy among employees’ performances, all staff should eat their lunches in the ministry and not be allowed to leave the ministry for lunch.
The religious education issue was also discussed and it was decided that the Taliban out of the ministry can also participate in this lectures. It was also decided that the special ID card should be distributed to those Taliban who participate in this lectures.
At the end of this meeting, minister of justice ordered the human resource, administrative-finance and Hoquq directors to address the issues relating to the staff shortages in provinces.
