42 Real Estate Agencies and Car Dealerships were blocked in Kabul
The Ministry of Justice of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in the course of this month, after reviewing the documents of 81 Real Estate Agencies and Car Dealerships Offices in the fifth and seventeenth police districts of Kabul city, has sealed and blocked 42 Real Estate Agencies and Car Dealerships Offices due to their violations and engaging illegal activities.
The assigned Board of Reviewing and Supervising of Real Estate Agency of the Ministry of Justice, in the presence of Mawlawi Ehsanullah Wasiq, Director of the Ministry's Real Estate Department, supervised Real Estate Agencies and Car Dealerships Offices in the fifth and seventeenth districts of Kabul.
After reviewing the documents of 43 Real Estate’s Agencies and 38 Car Dealership’s Offices, 13 Real Estate Agencies and 10 Car Dealership’s Offices were sealed and blocked due to non-renewal of their licenses within their due time period.
Also, 16 Real Estate Agencies and Car Dealership Offices have been blocked due to not having license and other 3 Real Estate Agencies have been blocked due to having sub-branches.
Real Estate Agency’s and Car Dealership’s Offices which being blocked by the assigned board are no longer allowed to perform their previous activities.
Ministry of Justice calls on all persons in charge of real estate agencies and car dealerships to legalize their activities by obtaining and renewing their activity licenses. The Ministry of Justice also urges all esteemed citizens to make sure about the registration of real estate agencies or car dealerships with the ministry of justice before carrying out their transactions through the mediation of their offices.
