The Ministry of Justice Gave Exam to the Translators Requesting for Translation Licenses

The Ministry of Justice of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, for the purpose of implementing the provisions of law, validation and furthering and raising the quality of translation of the official documents, gave exam to the translators, requesting the Translation License in the Kabul city, at the Taqneen Hall of the Ministry of Justice.

Mr. Abdul Majeed Ghanizada, the Director General of Taqneen, spoke on the importance of the accurate translation of the official documents, and asked the participants to try their best in raising the quality of translation of the official document and provide accurate and reliable translation of the legal documents.
Meanwhile, Ms Nazia Shua, Director of the Translation Board and Translation and Attestation / verification of the Official Documents, express gratitude for taking active part of the translators in the examination, and said, “On the basis of law, the legal and real persons are responsible in translation of legal documents before the Ministry of Justice. Therefore, we request the successful translators in this exam to accurately and precisely translate the official documents and avoid any additions and omissions in the texts of the official documents.
The successful translator shall be provided with the licenses to carry out translations. She said that those individuals failed to attend this examination may submit their applications along their relevant documents to the Ministry of Justice up to 20/07/1398, so that they would be able to participate in the next examination. In case of failure and non-attendance in the second round, their applications shall not be considered/approved by the Director of the Translation Board and Translation and Attestation / verification of the Official Documents.
