The Ministry of Justice’s Notice on the Documents of Towns, Real Estate Agencies and Car Sellers

Hereby all individuals in charge of towns, real estate agencies and car sellers are informed that the time extension provided by Ministry of Justice regarding the submission of documents of towns, real estate agencies and car sellers will end by Sunday, November 21, 2021.

Therefore, once again all owners and in charge people of this guilds are requested to submit the required documents to the Ministry of Justice and other relevant institutions, until the end of Sunday, November 21, 2021, to be reviewed. The individuals or persons procrastinating will not have the right to complain later. Likewise, those real estate agents whose activities licenses have expired or conducting their performances illegally are obligated to refer to the Ministry of Justice along with documents at their disposal until the end of Sunday, November 21, 2021.

All real estate agencies are also requested to keep open their offices from Monday, November 22, 8:00 a.m. to the end of the day, so that an assigned delegation from the Ministry of Justice can supervise their activities. Those real estate agencies whose offices are closed during the presence of the delegation mentioned above, are not entitled to sue any legal case, if their offices are blocked or their activities licenses are revoked by the Ministry of Justice.
