A meeting of the Ministry of Justice was held under the chairmanship of the Acting Minister

The Acting Minister of Justice of the Islamic Emirate, Sheikh Al-Hadith Maulvi Abdul Hakim Sharia, convened a plenary session of the Ministry of Justice on Saturday, March 25, with the participation of the Central Directors and Directors of the Ministry.

During the meeting, Sheikh Sahib presented the results of his visit to Kandahar province, an extraordinary meeting of the cabinet in that province and the recommendations of His Highness Amir al-Mominin Shaikh al-Hadith wal-Tafsir Hibatullah Akhundzada to the officials of this ministry for the smooth running of affairs. .

He said that the process of providing services to the people and working in the institutions should be expedited and the Ministry of Justice should take steps to prepare the laws in accordance with the Sharia. He also directed the Ministry of Justice to formulate rules for the day-to-day running of the institutions and to bring the existing laws in line with Shariah.

Referring to the speech of His Highness Amirul Mominin, Sheikh Sahib said that the structure of the institutions should be as per the need, adding that the work of reviewing and researching the structure of the Ministry of Justice will begin soon. The responsibility of each person will be specified.

At today's meeting, the Acting Minister of Justice advised the directors and other staff of the ministry to keep their doors open to the people and treat the people well for the sake of Allah.
