Law on Protection of Administrative Corruption Whistleblowers was explained to the Employees of Nine Government Administrations
The Ministry of Justice has convened its sixth round legislative documents training program for the employees of nine government administrations. In this program, the Law on Legislative Documents Processing and Law on Protection of Administrative Corruption Whistleblowers were explained to those employees of the government administrations dealing with primary drafting of legislative documents.
The above mentioned program was held on Monday, December 12th, by the Institute of Legislative Affairs and Academic- Legal Researches of Ministry of Justice in cooperation with German Office for Development (GIZ).
In this program, in addition to the Explication of Law on Legislative Documents Processing, Law on Protection of Administrative Corruption Whistleblowers, the observable standards and criteria for the prevention of numerous amendments in legislative documents were also discussed.
Participants to this program were the following government employees: employees of the Legislative Department of Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, Ministry of Urban Development and Land, Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Afghanistan Bank, Supreme Audit Office, and National Environment Protection Agency. Employees from the afore said Administrations participated in this program and benefitted from this training.
In this program, General Director of Legislation Affairs and Academic- Legal Researches Institute of Ministry of Justice, pointed out that, the legislative standards and criteria concerning the legislation and drafting legislative documents, being stipulated in the Law on Legislative Documents Processing should be observed.
As yet, six round legislative documents explanatory programs has been convoked and conducted for those government employees who are in charge of drafting the primary legislative documents in their respective offices and it is to be conducted for other remaining official employees in the new fiscal year as well.
