The Documents of 15 Towns in Kabul, Are Under the Review of Ministry of Justice
The Ministry of Justice has collected and examined the documents of 15 residential towns located in the districts of Kabul city.
The General Directorate of Emirate Cases of the Ministry of Justice has identified 27 towns in the fifth, sixth, eighth, tenth, twelfth, seventeenth and Bagrami, Deh Sabz, Paghman and Shakardara districts of Kabul since the sixth of this month.
Of these residential towns, 15 towns have submitted their relevant documents to the Ministry of Justice which is under review.
These documents are reviewed by the Ministry of Justice of the Islamic Emirate in cooperation with the Ministry of Urban Development and Land and the Kabul Municipality in order to determine how much of the property of the Islamic Emirate has been usurped in these towns.
It should be noted that the documents of the remaining residential towns are also presented and examined in cooperation with the security agencies. This process continues until the end of reviewing the documents of all residential towns.
