Notice by the Acting Minister of Justice to the accountable of towns and real property dealers

The Acting Minister of Justice, Sheikh Abdul Hakim Sharai, met with the General of Cases of the Emirate and Director of real property dealer at the Ministry of Justice

At the meeting, a notification was agreed upon in accordance with the decision of the Minister, in which he requested the responsible of all towns, car dealerships and real property dealers:

1- The accountable of all the towns, car dealerships and real property deals should submit all their documents to the related department by Sunday, October 14, next week.

2- Submit the documents of private towns to the General Directorate of Cases of the Emirate.

3- It was also decided in the meeting that the maps of all the towns should be confirmed according to the plan of the Ministry of Urban Development and Lands, if it is proved after the research that the maps have been changed from the urban development plan, or one has violated from one’s own right, or the public places are included in the private property, then the permit of work will be revoked. The town will be revoked by the relevant institution and the violator will be punished by the relevant institution.

Note: A delegation will be appointed soon, until research the relevant affairs after the mentioned date and the recommendation of action would be made to the concern institutions. After that, no one will have the right to complain.
