Minister of Justice Meets Netherland Ambassador in Kabul
Qazawatpooh Fazil Ahmad Manawi- Minister of Justice met in his office on Tuesday morning 1st December Mrs. Vigris Gasilia- the Ambassador of Kingdom of Netherland.
The two sides during the meeting discussed the rights of victims of war in peace negotiations, considering the issues of human rights in processing of cases, ensuring citizens rights through formal and informal legal channels and conformity of Afghanistan laws with that and international laws.
The Ambassador of Netherland in Kabul emphasized in implementation of justice and reaching out to victims of war in Afghanistan and said that the rights of victims of war should not be removed from the peace negotiation agenda. She also considered the importance of coordination between justice and human rights entities in the area of implementing laws.
Fazil Ahmad Manawi Minister of Justice also emphasized on the need for the implementation of justice for the victims and assured of the efforts to establish coordination between justice and human rights entities.
