Minister of Justice Meets Director General Geneva Voice International- Afghanistan
Qazawatpooh Fazil Ahmad Manawi Minister of Justice received Director of Geneva-Voice International; Mrs. Clara Mikalowa in Afghanistan this Tuesday morning, 1st Dec 2020.
Mrs. Clara Mikalowa during this visit explained about their activities and said that this Institute teaches international rules of war to non-governmental armed groups.
She explained to the Minister of Justice the modality of conducting training programs on international rules of war and protection of public services for the non-governmental armed groups and said these rules were taught to the leadership of Taliban in Doha so that to be observed by their commanders.
Mrs. Clara Mikalowa believes that a software on the modality to observe humanitarian rules of war during the war is also provided by this Institute.
She added that the main reason behind their mission in Afghanistan is providing principles and international rules of war for non-governmental armed groups, protecting civilians during the war, protecting public services centers and providing humanitarian aids to civilians.
On the other hand, the Minister of Justice thanked Mrs. Clara Mikalowa’s explanation on activities of Geneva-Voice International in Afghanistan. Meanwhile he raised some questions on effectiveness and performance guarantees of programs that this Institute carries out. In response to that, the Director of the said Institute provided some general information to the questions made.
