Legislation Committee Reviews Regulations of Supreme Audit Office Cadres and Registration of Grassland

The regulation on of Supreme Audit Office Cadres and regulation on the registration of grassland was discussed at the meeting of cabinet legislation committee held on Sunday 29th November chaired by Second Vice President in participation of Minister of Justice and other members of the committee.
Qazawatpooh Fazil Ahmad Manawi- Minister of Justice explained the regulation of Cadre of the Supreme Audit Office and said that this regulation has been drafted based on the provision of article ninth of Civil Servants Law and for the purpose to create Audit Cadre as per the relevant standards, ensuring transparency in recruitment and arranging personal Affairs of Audit Cadre, ensuring effectiveness in Audit tasks and arrangement of privileges of the Audit Cadre.
He added that this draft in general covers all issues such as recruitment and inclusion in Audit Cadre and transfer of the incumbent employees of Supreme Audit Office to the Audit Cadre.

The members of the Cabinet Legislation Committee considering this regulation important, presented their corrective views and ratified the draft regulation of Cadre of Supreme Audit Office. It is supposed that the ministry of justice would processes the mentioned draft after including the proposed views of committee members.
At the Sunday’s meeting, the Legislation Committee also reviewed the draft regulation of grassland registration which was prepared by Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Urban Affairs and Lands. The Minister of Justice said that this regulation is designed to regulate the process of confirmation, marking and registering the grassland and establishment of grassland databank in the country.
It was decided at the meeting that the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Urban and Lands in coordination with other relevant departments regulate the regulation of grassland registration in the draft law on grassland, in accordance with which a procedure is to be made or the mentioned draft should be reviewed once more.
