Hundreds of acres of land was taken out from the hands of the Usurpers in Nangarhar
After the establishment of the government of the Islamic Emirate in the country, the Ministry of Justice has been able to take back hundreds of acres of Emirati land from usurpers in Nangarhar province.
In the last twenty years, nearly 286,000 acres of land in Jalalabad city and 21 districts of Nangarhar province have been usurped by usurpers and powerful people.
After the establishment of the government of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, 514.5 acres of land in Behsud district and the second district of Jalalabad city belonging to the Nangarhar Canal Department were released from usurpers and handed over to the relevant department due to the efforts of the Ministry of Justice Emirate Cases Department.
Another 42 cases, including 170 acres of land, are pending and other confiscated property is being investigated by relevant departments.
