The Deputy Admin Minister of Justice Visits Directorate of Justice of Bamyan Province and its Related Offices

Sayed Mohammad Hashimi, the Deputy Minister of Justice in Finance & Admin Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, travelled to Bamyan Province to inspect and evaluate the performances of the Directorate of Justice and its relevant sections.
In this trip, the Deputy Minister of Justice called on Mr. Mohammad Tahir Zaheer- the Governor of Bamyan Province. The aim of travelling to the province, he said, was to examine and evaluate the accomplishments of the Directorate of Justice, Sub-directorates of Huqooq, State Cases, and Legal Aid, the Center for Juvenile Rehabilitation, the General Administrative Management, as well as evaluating the Managements of Huqooq of Yakawlang, Panjab and Waras Districts of the said province. He sought the cooperation of the governor with the Directorate of Justice of the province.
In this meeting, the Governor of Bamyan emphasized cooperation and coordination between the governor house and the Directorate of Justice, and presented the report of achievements of the said directorate in cooperation with the local government. The Governor of Bamyan termed the Ministry of Justice as one of the key ministries of the government, and welcomed the Deputy Minister of Justice to Bamyan Province, meant to improve performances, implementing the law and creating transparency in governance.
During his visit, the Deputy Minister of Justice checked the process of construction of the new Center for Rehabilitation of Juvenile, and directed the contracting party to complete the center within the specified time in the contract, otherwise, it shall be fined according to law. He also visited the Provincial Directorate of Justice and evaluated the achievements of the personnel of the directorate as well as the existing problems and challenges. He also met with a number of civil society and some influential persons of the province and listened to their problems and grievances.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Minister of Justice in the companion of the Provincial Director of Justice, visited the Waras, Panjab and Yakawlang Districts and met with the District governers and their personnel. He also visited the Huqooq Managements of the said districts and evaluated their achievements.
At the end of his trip, he called on the Governor of Bamyan once again and shared the outcomes of his evaluations of the Provincial Directorate of Justices and its relevant sections/offices, with the governor. The Deputy Minister of Justice sought the cooperation of the governor in implementing the reclaiming ruling of the Sub-department of the State Cases of Bamyan on the Women Garden of Shashpul, security of the Directorate of Justice and solving the problems of offices of Huqooq of the Waras, Panjab and Yakawlang districts. The governor, in turn, assured his support and cooperation with the above matters.
