The sub-directorship of the system of the administrative cases registrations
The Afghanistan civil cases management system was established at the end of the march of 2014 according to Hoot of 1393 S.Y due to separate memoranda’s among the ministry of justice, supreme court and the sponsorship program of judicial and justice sector of Afghanistan (JSSP) to register the civil and commercial cases.
The objectives of cases management system:
- Registration of civil and commercial cases to the cases management system;
- Provision of transparency at the judicial and justice institutes;
- all-sided and prompt Reporting and taking reports;
- easy access to the civil and commercial cases information;
- combatting against the corruption;
- expediting the handling of civil and commercial cases at justice and judicial institutes of Afghanistan
The cases management system of Afghanistan is consisting of leadership committee, monitoring committee and the committee of resolving the technical problems to monitor the tasks of the system that the cases management system became useful to provide the justice and be efficient at the judicial processes and it should be used.
At the office of civil and commercial cases management system, cases relating to the Directorate of State Cases and Directorate of Hoqoq are registered. Since the establishment of database, legal and civil cases have been registered to the online cases management system database.
The employees of cases management system at the capital directorates and the justice directorates of provinces discharge their duties based on the guidance of officials of the ministry of justice and the regulation of cases management system and report from their performances in regular manners both monthly and quarterly to the sub-directorate of cases management system.
Unfortunately, the cases management system was deactivated by the sponsoring institutions after the victory of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, however, the efforts are being taken to reactivate the cases management system again.
