Organizing an Administrative Meeting of the Central Directors of the Ministry of Justice
The administrative meeting of the Central Directors of the Ministry of Justice was held on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, chaired by the Deputy Minister of Professional Affairs, Sheikh Abdul Karim Haider.
The meeting focused on the appointment of official bodyguards for the Central and Provincial Directors, the Guardians of the Justice Directorates, the review of the laws of the Directorates of the Ministry of Justice, the provision of the needs of the important Departments of Advocates, and the Advocates of Nangarhar Province. Commodity issues, taking exams from lawyers before licensing, online administrative courses, training of staff at private universities, commencement of lessons for legislative internships, student salaries and administrators. And discussed with the Ministry of Justice the issue of licensing weapons to managers who are part of the Mujahedeen and exchanged views.
At the meeting, a five-member delegation was tasked to determine the number of security guards in the provincial justice directorates based on security, rank and number of clients in each province. It was also decided that the directors of justice should appoint their own bodyguards and in case the directors do not have bodyguards, the Ministry of Interior should appoint the same bodyguards.
It was also decided to launch online administrative training as soon as possible to fill the vacancies of teachers in this directorate. The members of the meeting also appointed a committee to review the curriculum of the internship of the legislature in terms of Shariah, doctrine and policy of the Islamic Emirate.
At this meeting, it was decided that the commanders and administrators who are among the Mujahedeen should be given a license to carry weapons by the Ministry. It was also decided that the work of reviewing the laws of the departments of the Ministry of Justice, providing the requirements of the Department of Advocates, the subject matter of the lawyers of Nangarhar province and training of staff in the private universities that have already started and up to Too advanced, should be completed soon.
