It's determined the directorate of advocates; ministry of justice of Islamic Emirate will begin the process of advocates evaluation and renewing their operating licenses based on prepared sources. So based on this all advocates are informed this evaluation will be done based on following resources.

  1. General Questions (Religious and Islamic Jurisprudential)
  2. Justice and Judicial Provisions Magazine (book 16th and book 11th on representation)
  3. Criminal code of 1435
  4. Islamic Criminal Law
  5. Inheritance
  6. Guidelines on Documents and Records
  7. Procedure on the Coordination of Defense Attorneys
  8. Civil Law and Civil Procedure Code
  9. Law on Manner of Obtaining Rights
  10. Penal Code and Criminal Procedure code
  11. Commercial Procedure Code
