Deadline for submission of Towns and Real Estate Agencies documents have been extended for another week

Ministry of Justice has extended the deadline for submission of required documents of towns, real estate and car sellers for review of this Ministry for another one week.

Mufti Mohammad Bashar, the spokesman of Ministry of Justice in a press conference on Sunday November 15, 2021 addressed this issue and asked the owners of towns, real estate agencies and car sellers to submit the requested documents as soon as possible to the respective departments including to the Ministry of Justice.

He added that the towns documents after their arrival to the respective departments are reviewed whether they are according to the Ministry of Urban’s plan or not and if they violated from their right, their license will be nullified.

In this session, Mawlawi Mohammad Noor Ghawar, Director of Emirate Cases also said that according to initial reviews until now it has been confirmed that 10 to 15 towns have been either constructed illegally or their land has been usurped.

Mawlawi Ahsanullah Waseeq, Director of real estate affairs of Ministry of Justice also said that about 2500 real estates have been registered in Kabul and legally operate and about another 600 real estates in Kabul did not extend their licenses or illegally operate. As he said the operation of these real estates are illegal.

He also said about the law on real estates that the current law is enforceable unless it is contrary to Islamic law (Sharia) and to the interests and benefits of the country and works are going on based on that.
