A brief Introduction of Invitation and Guidance

Based on the ordinance number (14) dated 2021/12/14 of the cabinet of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan every ministry was ordered to add the invitation and guidance directorate in their 1401 S.Y fiscal years organizational structure by the guidance of cabinet; based on the ordinance number (19) dated 2021/5/9 likewise extra ordinary approved in the center of the ministry of justice, and the below duties and qualification was given to them from the general directorate of the invitation and guidance.  

Competences and duties:

• Obtaining the guidance of relevant righteous and high authorities, for implementation of Islamic rules.
• Providing suggestion to prepare the advertisements materials and necessary materials for office.
• Preparing the education based on curricula.
• Publication and distribution of the sect and religious materials.
• Monitoring the library of relevant general directorate or ministry and providing religious books to mentioned library.
• Establishing the religious education terms in the chart of the general directorate and ministry, monitoring them.
• For providing the order and discipline, invitation to the prayer and presence of all officers and service workers including the officers of the guidance of invitation directorate.
• Monitoring, studying and guidance activities and implementations reports to the relevant invitation and guidance offices.
• Submitting the quarterly report of performances to the general directorate of invitation and guidance.
• Providing suggestion to improve the administration to the righteous and high authorities.
• Appointing the professional members in relevant courses and seminars and monitoring them.
• Conducting the religious seminars and courses, based on the placement tests and understanding the level of servicers and officers and appointing to them professional members.      

Directorate of Invitation consists of Eight Members and their Duties are as bellow:

• The director of invitation and guidance is in second grade post, who carries out the key role to adjust the affairs.
• The preacher of invitation and guidance is in 3^rd grade post, who teaches to the staff religious lectures and has major role in encouraging the staff to prepare their characters and faces in accordance with Islamic guidance.  
• The preacher or imam of the ministry is in 3^rd grade post who organize the prayer affairs in the same time, he has a role in invitations.
• The executive manager is in 4^th grade position and he is in charge of addressing all administrative affairs of the respective directorate and at the same time, he has a role in the invitation section as well.
• Muezzin is in 4^th grade post besides performing the Azan (call of prayer) and IQAMA he plays a role in the invitation as well.
• Computer worker is in 4^th grade post and he carries out the writing affairs of this directorate and also has a role in the invitation affairs.  
• One 7^th grade home-keeper and one 7^th grade driver are also included in the organizational structure of this directorate.   

It is worth mentioning that, the ministry of justice’s provincial directorates have also appointed one representative from the directorate of Invitation and Guidance, and the mentioned individual is responsible for conducting the respective affairs and besides their ordinary jobs, they carry out extra activities without any material advantages but only for the sake of Allah’s satisfaction and collaborate with the directorate of Invitation and Guidance in the observation of its activities.
