Instructions on Access to the Legislative Documents in Ministry of Justice’s Database of Laws

First, open the website of the Ministry of Justice then, click on the "Collection of Laws" option then, select the "Database of Afghanistan Laws and decrees" option.

After that, select your preferred language then, type the name of the legislative document through the search option, and click on the search button.

For instance: Write the Election Law in the search option and click on the search button. By clicking on the search button, the laws related to elections will be opened.

If the applicable law is not available on the first page, go to the next pages, after finding the required applicable law, click on the download button located in front of the law, right-click on the opened law and save it in your computer.
