The Administrative Meeting of Central Directors of MOJ Was Convened
The administrative meeting of the central directors of the Ministry of Justice was held on Sunday 28th of April, 2022 by the chairmanship of Shaikh Abdul Karim Haidar, Deputy Justice Minister in Professional Affairs.
In this meeting, views were exchanged on the existing problems and more coordination amongst general directorate of legal aid and intelligence, the existing problems between the sub-directorates of legal aid, sub-directorate of Hoquq of Kandahar province and Helmand province with the courts of those provinces, the issue relating to the employees’ salaries and transportation in provinces and the attendance of central directors of the Ministry of Justice.
In this meeting, for the purpose of resolving the existing problems and the increasing the cooperation of directorate of intelligence with the defense attorneys, it was decided that, the matter be shared with the directorate of intelligence so that the coordination be enhanced.
It was also decided that for the resolution of the existing problems amongst the sub-directorate of legal aid, sub-directorates of Hoquq of Kandahar and Helmand provinces and the courts thereof, the Deputy Justice Minister in Professional Affairs meet with the Chief Justice of the country and share all existing issues and problems with him.
Likewise, it was concluded that the Professional Deputy of Ministry of Justice would share the issues relating to the employees’ salaries and transportation in provinces along with the consultation of the Honored Minister of Justice, with the prime minister and take action to solve them.
At this meeting, the Deputy Minister of Justice in Professional Affairs emphasized upon the timely presence and punctuality of all heads and employees in their duties and it was decided that if the heads are not present at the office and their offices are closed, they will be deemed absent and their attendance sheet cell should be crossed.
