Introduction of Mr. Gul Mohammad Gulzai as Deputy Financial and Administrative Minister of Justice

Mr. Gul Mohammad Gulzai was introduced as the Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan based on the proposal of the Ministry of Justice and Order No. 1226 August 19th 2020 of Office of the President.
In a ceremony held for this purpose at the Ministry of Justice, his excellency Dr. Abdul Basir Anwar, Minister of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Dr. Zakia Adeli, Deputy Minister of Social Affairs of the Ministry, Mr. Engineer Mohammad Khan, former Deputy Chief Executive, members of parliament, scholars, influential figures, and a number of heads and employees of the Ministry of Justice had participation.
In this ceremony, the Minister of Justice welcomed the presence of the guests and appreciated the former deputy admin minister of Justice. He point out Sayed Mohammad Hashemi as one of the important cadres of this ministry and wished him successes in his future careers. The Minister of Justice considered, the appointment of Mr. Gul Mohammad Gulzai as Deputy Financial and Administrative Minister of Justice, as a right and suitable act and expressed hope that with his appointment, the relevant activities of the Ministry will be performed in its good way. The Minister of Justice wished further successes to the new Deputy Minister.
Following that, Jamal Khan Naseri, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Justice, recited the decree of Honorable President of IRoA on the appointment of Mr. Gulzai as the Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration of Justice.
At the same time, Mr. Engineer Mohammad Khan referred to the responsibilities of the Ministry of Justice, and well-thought-out Mr. Gulzai as one of qualified and candid person for the financial and administrative deputy of this ministry. He wished Mr. Gulzai more successes in advancing the substantial and important responsibilities of the Ministry of Justice.
Furthermore, Dr. Zakia Adeli congratulated Mr. Golzi on his appointment as Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Justice and expressed hope that with his coming to the Ministry of Justice, we will witness more successes in this Ministry.
Mr. Gulzai thanked the Honorable Presidential Office and the Ministry of Justice for their trust, and made assurance that will not withhold any efforts to advance the responsibilities effectively and collectively. Importantly, he made promise to struggle for the capacity building in the ministry.
At the end, Mr. Gulzai was accompanied by the Minister of Justice and other participants to attend his office.
It is worth mentioning that Mr. Gulzai has obtained his master's degree in the field of administration and policy from the United States of America.
