Dozens of legal cases are under the proceeding of Maidan Wardak Justice Department
For the past four months, dozens of legal cases and usurpation of public property have been referred to the Maidan Wardak Justice Department and are under the proceedings of the Emirate's Cases of this Department.
The department has received 39 pieces of citizens' legal petitions, including 19 petitions for property issues, 18 petitions for debts, and two other petitions for family issues. The department has also received and implemented 4 property files from various departments.
During this period, including all legal petitions, 9 petitions were sent to various departments for enforcement and 3 petitions were resolved by the experts of the Hoquq Department and the parties to the dispute were reconciled. Currently, 27 petitions are under the processing of this department.
In the area of preventing the usurpation of public property, the department has handled seven volumes of cases, some of which have been investigated and are awaiting for the activation of the courts. Also, 6 letters from different departments about the usurpation of the treasury have been sent to the Emirate's Case Office and are being processed.
During this period, the Justice Department of Maidan Wardak Province has received 4 petitions from various authorities to protect the treasury and public assets, and the necessary investigations have been carried out. A number of individuals accused of usurping state and public property have been summoned with the cooperation of security agencies, and security measures have been taken in these areas to prevent illegal seizures.
During this period, out of 109 people who applied for a petition writing license, two exams were taken, of which 101 were successful and are in the process of being licensed.
