BIOMETRIC Process and Data Recording of Civil Services Employees Begins in the Ministry of Justice

BIOMETRIC process and civil services employees’ data recording in the Human Resources Information System (HMRIS) of the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Services Commission has launched after recording the information of the leadership of Ministry of Justice.

The organizational structure ceiling of the Ministry of Justice in 2019, has been a total of 3065 civil services employees working in center and provincial departments of this Ministry.

Minister of Justice, Dr. Abdul Baseer Anwar has welcomed the start of BIOMETRIC process in this Ministry and promised that necessary and due cooperation will be provided in implementation of this process.

Based on the words of one of the commissioners of the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Services Commission, the Human resources information system is an arranged, reliable and safe system which records accurate statistics of the civil services servants which recognizes vacant positions and paves the way for decision taking and policy making based on accurate and realistic information.

Besides, this system has the capability of getting connected and exchanging information with other governmental systems such as salary payment system of the Ministry of Finance, retirement system, electronic identification cards system and so forth.
